LEONARD ISENBERG FOR LAUSD SUPERINTENDENT

Lenny Isenberg2.jpg
For quite a while now it has occurred to me that the longstanding, predictable, preprogrammed, and well orchestrated failure of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and other public school districts like it around the State and around the country can only be changed for the better by a radical restructuring of its openly entrenched self-serving bureaucracy that by it very nature has up until now put the interests of its vendors before the interests of its students, teachers, families, and communities.

THE LATEST INSTALLMENT OF LAUSD'S WAR AGAINST TEACHER LEONARD ISENBERG

Since finishing my three day teacher credential rovocation hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) and Judge Aileen Cohn on Wednesday, February 14th, I have been very gratified to have received numerous calls and emails from all over this country asking how my hearing went. The fact that I am unable to answer this question presently or in the forseeable future speaks volumes about a completely compromised legal procedure that is by its very nature designed not to bring justice in a timely manner, but rather to protract the process to the point where one gives up, like most unjustly targeted teachers do when faced with this neverending and prohibitively expensive process...that never ends?

LAUSD & OAH Credential Revocation Hearing for Leonard Isenberg

LAUSD Board.jpg
On February 12, 2018 at 9 a.m. in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) before Judge Eileen M. Cohn, at 320 West Fourth St, Suite 630, Los Angeles, CA 90013, the California Attorney General on behalf of California Teacher Credentialing (CTC) will attempt to culminate LAUSD's more than 10 year war on me with clearly fabricated charges by moving to definitively take away my teaching credential on the grounds of my being a racist. What follows is what will be my Opening Statement.
